Case Reference: Robert Loudon, 14 May 1647.
Description: [seq 214-215; folio 88] Account of money paid by Loudon for the support of Parliamentary forces, April to October 1643; despite which, his estate has been sequestrated.
[seq 216-217; folio 89] Affidavit of Robert Loudon of Aldeby in Norfolk, 18 December 1649, that the Norfolk committee have refused to allow him to cross-examine witnesses or to see the testimony of witnesses in his case.
[seq 218; folio 90] Copies of petitions and orders (14 May 1647 to 20 December 1649) assembled by Robert Loudon in support of his case.
[seq 221-222; folio 91] Affidavit of Robert Meeke of Beccles in Suffolk, 2 December 1649, affirming the veracity of Loudon's claim that the Norfolk committee refused to take depositions from witnesses in his defence.
