Case Reference: Robert Ducy, 14 May 1647.

Description: [seq 163; folio 68] Petition [14 May 1647] of Robert Ducy, who is owed money by Sir Thomas Nott of Obden in Worcestershire whose estate is now in sequestration, that his claim against Nott's estate be referred to Bradshaw.

[seq 165; folio 69] Affidavit, 5 November 1647, of John Paine concerning a financial bond by Sir Thomas Nott and his father Roger Nott in favour of Robert Ducy.

[seq 167; folio 70] Bradshaw's report, 5 November 1647.
