Description

Folio Range: [seq 404-410; folios 141-142].

Case Reference: James Hyet, 16 September 1646.

Description: [seq 407; folio 141] Petition, 16 September 1646, of James Hyet, Rector of the parish church of Croston in Lancashire, that the tithe corn of Maudsley [Mawdsley] and Bispham, leased by him to the Earl of Derby, be discharged from sequestration.

[seq 409] Petition, 15 October 1647, of James Hyet, that the Lancashire committee be ordered to pay him the arrears of rents since his living was sequestrated for the delinquency of the tenant, James, Earl of Derby.
