Description: [seq 378-379; folio 132] Copy of John Bradshaw's report, 24 August 1646, on the case of Christopher Townley, petitioning on behalf of the children of John Plumpton, deceased, delinquent.

[seq 380; folio 133] Affidavit of Robert Whipp?, 16 July 1651, certifying the validity of the copy of the report.

[seq 381; folio 134] Copy of order, 24 September 1646, that the Lincolnshire committee either pay Christopher Townley £50 per annum or allow him the benefit of the lease.
