Description: [seq 302; folio 108] Petition of Henry Delves. Cool-lane Farm in Cheshire has been sequestrated by the committee for Nantwich Hundred as part of his father's estate, but it belongs to him and has a deed to prove he, Henry Delves, bought it from Philip Orchard, John Orchard and Arthur Orchard.
[seq 304; folio 109] Order, 3 June 1646, to refer the case to John Bradshaw.
[seq 306; folio 110] Bradshaw's report, 10 June 1646.
