Case Reference: Robert Coytmor, 18 March 1646.
Description: [seq 247; folio 88] Petition [18 March 1646] of Robert Coytmor, who leases the coal and lead mines on the land of the Earl of Derby in Flintshire. Since the capture of the area by Parliament, the money in the hands of his agent, Kenrick Williams, has been sequestrated for the delinquency of the Earl of Derby.
[seq 249; folio 89] Order, 16 September 1646, to refer the case to John Bradshaw.
[seq 251; folio 90] Affidavit of Thomas Myddelton, 7 November 1646, relating to a 21-year lease of the Earl of Derby's coal and lead mines to Robert Coytmor.
