Description

Folio Range: [seq 220-232; folios 79-82].

Case Reference: Sir John Corbet, 20 March 1646.

Description: [seq 222; folio 79] Copy of order of Parliament, 14 March 1646, that, in reparation for his losses and damages caused by the King's forces, Sir John Corbet is to be granted the benefit of the manor of Milton in Buckinghamshire, the estate of William Stafford and now in mortgage to Sir Lewis Watson, a delinquent.

[seq 225-228; folios 80-81] Order, 1 May 1646, that the committee at Haberdashers' Hall certify details of the discovery of William Stafford's estate (two copies).

[seq 230; folio 82] Order, 16 December 1646, to discharge from sequestration the manor of Milton and to assign the revenues from it to Sir John Corbet.
