Description: [seq 308; folio 122] Order, 24 October 1648, endorsing the discharge from sequestration of Richard Dowdswell ordered by the Worcestershire committee.
[seq 310; folio 123] Copy of petition, 1 March 1647, of Richard Dowdeswell, an attorney of the Common Pleas, referring to previous judgments in his favour, that all sequestration proceedings against him be dropped.
[seq 312; folio 124] Copy of order of discharge, 23 January 1647, by the Worcester committee.
[seq 314; folio 125] Copy of order, 8 January 1647, admonishing the Worcestershire committee for discharging the sequestrations of William Child and Richard Dowdswell without a proper hearing and without the sanction of the Sequestration Committee, and requiring the Worcester committee to proceed with the sequestration of both estates.
