Case Reference: Elizabeth Dent, 13 July 1645.
Description: [seq 256; folio 106] Petition, 13 July 1645, by Elizabeth Vent [Dent], widow and executrix of George Vent [Dent], that she may recover lands in Northumberland leased for 21 years to her husband by Henry Vent [Dent], now deceased, and inherited by his delinquent son Robert Vent [Dent], whose lands have since been sequestrated.
[seq 258; folio 107] Order, 13 August 1645, referring the case to John Bradshaw. Bradshaw's report, 16 August 1645, confirming that the committee in Northumberland support the petitioner's right to the last months of her lease for the manor of Byker, and to the amount of this year's profit for the property.
