Folio Range: [seq 242-249; folios 102-104].

Case Reference: Sir John Trevor, 12 September 1645.

Description: [seq 244; folio 102] Petition, 12 September 1645, of Sir John Trevor that the committee send someone to make a report of the titles concerning his case, as he, being a member of the House of Commons, is unable to go himself. He asks to be released from engagements, following the sequestration of the estates of Thomas Ashfield, delinquent.

[seq 246; folio 103] Order, 12 September 1645, referring the case to John Bradshaw.

[seq 248-249; folio 104] Report, 22 September 1645, by John Bradshaw, on titles concerning the lands leased to Sir Ralph Freeman, Sir Thomas Bludder, Sir John Trevor, Lancelot Lake and Abraham Perrot, and especially the rectory of Chesham, or Chasham Leicester, Buckinghamshire.
