Description: [seq 244; folio 102] Petition, 12 September 1645, of Sir John Trevor that the committee send someone to make a report of the titles concerning his case, as he, being a member of the House of Commons, is unable to go himself. He asks to be released from engagements, following the sequestration of the estates of Thomas Ashfield, delinquent.
