Description: [seq 141-142; folio 62] Copy of petition of Hugh Henn, page of the king's bedchamber, now prisoner in Ely House, regarding his sequestrated land in Surrey, house in Greenwich, and his children and grandchildren.
[seq 143-144; folio 63] A briefe in the behalfe of Hugh Henn, his Majesty's servant.
[seq 145-146; folio 64] Order, 24 October 1645, that the petition be referred to John Bradshaw. Annotated, 26 November 1645, by Bradshaw that Henn was taken at the battle of Naseby and his sequestration to be discharged.
[seq 147-148; folio 65] Certificate, 25 October 1645, from the Surrey Committee in response to a request from Sir Henry Henn on behalf of Hugh Henn, that his lands were sequestrated and that he was captured at the Battle of Naseby.
