Description: [seq 28; folio 12] Note of will, 15 April 1580, and descent of Thomas Everard, including Thomas Everard deceased, a delinquent without issue, whose brother William is entitled to his estate and should not be affected by his bother's delinquency. Marginal note dated 12 December 1645.
[seq 30; folio 13] Depositions [May 1646?] regarding the sequestration of the late Thomas Everard of Pickworth, Lincolnshire, gent, captured by the Earl of Manchester.
[seq 32; folio 14] Petition, 3 June 1646, of William Everard of Spalding, Lincolnshire. Refers to will of his grandfather Thomas, whose lands in Pickering, Lincolnshire, were left to Lawrence, Thomas's eldest son, and in turn to his eldest son, Thomas [the younger], who being without issue, the lands have come to William but were sequestrated for the delinquency of Thomas Everard the younger.
