Description: [seq 254; folio 106] Copy of petition (date of copy 19 November 1649) of Frances, Countess Dowager of Thanet, and John, Earl of Thanet, concerning money devised by the late Nicholas, Earl of Thanet, on his daughter Lady Christian in connection with her marriage to William Milward.
[seq 256; folio 107] Copy of order, 5 February 1645 (date of copy 19 November 1649) referring the case to the Committee of Cambden House.
