Case Reference: William Osborne, 11 October 1643.
Description: [seq 144; folio 64] Copy of petition, 2 August 1648, of William Osborne concerning the lands of Sir Richard Fleetwood in Staffordshire and Lancashire, including extending a water corn mill and dykes in Lancashire.
[seq 146; folio 65] Order,21 July 1647, that William Osborne either be paid his capital and interest by the Lancashire and Staffordshire Committees, or be permitted to recoup it from the estate.
[seq 148; folio 66] Order, 2 August 1648, to refer Osborne's case to Bradshaw for reports.
[seq 149-156; folios 67-70] Two reports on the case, 21 July 1647 and 11 August 1648.
