Resident Magistrates: states that he had already given orders for the transfer of Mr Dignum of Trelawny to Hanover at £600 and Mr Clark of Hanover to Westmoreland at £600. Proposes to appoint Mr Calder, Clerk of Courts, to Trelawny at £500 and asks for approval of the proposed arrangements.
