Admission of war vessels into Norwegian harbours.
Transmits two copies of "Regulations as to the admission of foreign war vessels into Norwegian harbours" given by Royal Order on 10 May 1906; adds that it would be desirable in future to notify beforehand before arrival of any warship at a Norwegian harbour.
