Sent by Sir Arthur Herbert, the British Legation, Trondheim, 03/07/1906.

Reports on speech delivered at Trondheim by Mr Eriksen, Socialist member of Storthing, which violently attacked Prime Minister Michelsen's policy, as being one of impoverishment and destruction.
