Deportation of criminals from Netherlands India.
Transmits copy of despatch from Sir John Anderson, Governor of Straits Settlements, stating that allegation made by Netherlands authorities that brands on deportees were merely cupping marks for identification, is not borne out by evidence of Chief Police Officer and Medical Officer of Prison, Singapore.
