Sent by Ethiopian Rainproof Monopoly Company Limited, 20/11/1906.

Sir J Harrington's protest against Company's concession.

Acknowledges Foreign Office letter of 19 November 1906 and states that Company enterprise will greatly increase trade between the United Kingdom and Abyssinia.
