Sent by Marquis A de San Giuliano, the Italian Embassy, London, 26/11/1906.

Incident of Nogara.

Advises that Italian force remains at Nogara owing to the failure of King Menelek to reinstate the Chief of Nogara; claims that Sir John Harrington has protested and threatened to press Menelek to occupy Lugh; requests that instructions be sent to Sir John Harrington to contradict rumours of war between Italy and Abyssinia.
