Sent by Mansfeldt de Cardonnel Findlay, the British Agency and Consulate General, Cairo, 25/09/1906.

Informs that a report from Governor of Eritrea advises that Italian Resident of Gash Setit is at Nogara, with knowledge of Menelek, on a commercial mission probably connected with construction of roads.
