Sent by Lord Cromer, the British Agency and Consulate General, Cairo, 15/11/1906.

Transmits telegram from Sir John Harrington stating that the Jibuti Railway Company are about to publish a notice of a levy of 10% on railway goods in Abyssinia from 15 November 1905.
