Folios 93-95. Abyssinia: code 1, file 18102, paper 33851.

Sent by Mansfeldt de Cardonnel Findlay, the British Agency and Consulate General, Cairo, 07/10/1906.

Safety of Legations at Adis Ababa. Transmits telegram from Sir John Harrington advising that the only practicable method of defence which will not arouse suspicion is the construction of a new Legation at a cost of approximately £15, 000.
