Sent by Sir Francis Bertie, the British Embassy, Paris, 29/05/1906.

Reports that he has written to M Bourgeois, French Minister for Foreign Affairs and seen him respecting the protection of foreigners in Abyssinia: transmits text of instructions sent to French representative at Adis Ababa.
