Sent by Lord Cromer, the British Agency and Consulate General, Cairo, 05/04/1906.

Warns of the danger of King Menelek assuming control of railway if they fail to conclude negotiations on time; suggests instructions should be sent to Sir John Harrington and to Mr McGillivray to dissuade the Emperor from doing this.
