Victualling Office. Victualling warrants were granted, by the Sheerness Clerk of the Cheque, to Isaac Pennal, Master of the Sheerness Longboat No.1, for 2 men, lent from the Prince of Orange hulk, for periods between 1778 and 1783. They do not believe that the Master of the Longboat was credited, incorrectly for the provisions and there does not appear to be any debt of provisions against the Prince of Orange hulk.
