Henry Warner, Antigua. The Scarborough has sailed and the Phoenix will leave shortly. The other storehouse will then start building. The lower windows of the storehouses will be able to withstand the weather but the upper ones have internal shutters and are already cracked and leak when it rains. Asks how to account for any men of war or merchant ships who go to English Harbour for repairs.
