Commissioner Trevanion, Plymouth Yard. Receipt of letter with a copy of an anonymous letter complaining about some of the Officers in Ordinary neglecting their duties, which will be investigated and reported on and another to the Officers about procuring Shipwrights, Caulkers and Bricklayers for Jamaica and the terms offered. Has paid the Exeter and York's companies and is sending a warrant appointing David Harden, Boatswain of the Severn.
