Commissioner Trevanion, Plymouth Yard. Receipt of letters with warrants to employ the riggers a tide a day Extra and appointing the Exeter and York as guardships. The Plymouth Transport has arrived from Portsmouth and the Looe has arrived with money to pay the Exeter and York and 2 months advance to the Experiment. Is sending warrants appointing Thomas Gibbs, Boatswain of the yard and William Gardiner, Boatswain of the Winchester.
