The Plymouth Transport has arrived from Portsmouth and the Looe has arrived with money to pay the Exeter and York and 2 months advance to the Experiment. Is sending warrants appointing Thomas Gibbs, Boatswain of the yard and William Gardiner, Boatswain of the Winchester.
