Receipt of warrants to permit Mrs Andrews to carry on the lime contract and to make her out a bill for supplies already delivered, to continue the Exeter with sea victualling and about the disposal of Extra men born on the ships in Ordinary that are rebuilding or repairing. The Hawk and Otter sloops were put into dock yesterday. The Success has arrived from Guernsey and Jersey with soldiers bound for Portsmouth.
