Commissioner Trevanion, Plymouth Yard. Receipt of letter advising that money and Clerks are ordered for paying the Exeter and York. The Lyon hoy has sailed eastward and the Scarborough has been undocked, her bottom being graved black. The Master Attendant for the Riggers will work 2 tides a day extra for the dispatch of the Scarborough, Hawk and Otter sloops and maintain all other work as well.
