Commissioner Trevanion, Plymouth Yard. William Stout, the contractor for limestone being dead, had for several years successfully assigned the work to Mrs Ann Andrews. The contract is near completion and she asks for the bill to be made out to her. She is willing to continue contracting with the Board's agreement, which is recommended without further tendering.
