Commissioner Sir Richard Beach, Chatham. Receipt of letter concerning anchor stocks and to report on the works done on board the Defiance. He will treat with Mr Attway over his proposal for boats. The Blockmaker is sick but as soon as he is well he will deal with the sheaves. Reports progress on the 3rd rate and the wharf gates.
