Description

Flogging returns Northern Territories: reports the returns of floggings administered in the Northern Territories; named individuals, including reasons for flogging such as attempted rape, stealing, neglect of duty, using abusive language, as follows: Jibbrin Bakanu, Sambah Fulani, Amadu Nagadugu, Mamadu Afo, Barika Moshi, Imoru Sokodaye, Ali Kanike, Musa Bagarimi, Amadu Ayiday, Edown Egba, New Site, Joseph Brown.
