'Natives' for Paris Exhibition: reports steps taken to prevent the 'natives' engaged in the exhibition from leaving the Gold Coast by the French steamer Liban; refuses to sanction their involvement partly due to 'the hostile attitude of the French towards the English nation'; transmits copy of the letter from Mr Bouvier Aime's solicitor, Mr C J Bannerman, to the Private Secretary; transmits copy of instructions to all District Commissioners from Mr C Riby Williams, Acting Colonel Secretary.
