Recommendation for the mitigation of sentence for selected prisoners in the General Penitentiary.
Names and details of prisoners: Robert Morton convicted at Beverley [Yorkshire] on 18 October 1825.
Recommendation submitted by: Lord Skelmersdale.
Grounds for clemency: Has served three and a half years; general conduct good; he has friends to receive him when pardoned; his health has declined; his name omitted from Anthony White's previous recommendation list.
Annotated: Free pardon prepared 19 May 1829.
