Court and date of trial: Surrey Michaelmas Sessions held at Kingston upon Thames 18 October 1825.
Crime: Stealing a buck's skin at Carshalton [Surrey] value 2s from Peter Pharaoh and Benjamin Ashman.
Initial sentence: Seven years' transportation.
Gaoler's report: Character from gaol - unknown; has behaved well within hulks December [1826].
Annotated: To be further considered in October; free pardon prepared January 1827.
