Incorporated by act of 24th July 1876. Under South Eastern Railway Act of 1881, Westerham Valley Railway Company was amalgamated with South Eastern Railway Company. South Eastern Railway Company became part of Southern Railway Company from 1st January 1923 under Railways (Southern Group) Amalgamation Scheme 1922 dated 22nd December 1922.
