Incorporated by act of 23rd June 1864 and amalgamated under act of 8th June 1874 with Lynn and Hunstanton Railway Company to form Hunstanton and West Norfolk Railway Company. Hunstanton and West Norfolk Railway Company was vested in Great Eastern Railway Company from 1st July 1890 under Great Eastern Railway Act of 22nd May 1890. Great Eastern Railway Company became part of London and North Eastern Railway Company from 1st January 1923 under North Eastern, Eastern and East Scottish Group Amalgamation Scheme 1922 dated 30th December 1922.
