Incorporated under act of 27th July 1893. Company was transferred to London and South Western Railway Company as from 1st January 1907 under provisions of London and South Western Railway Act of 1906. London and South Western Railway Company became part of Southern Railway Company as from 1st January 1923 under Railways (Southern Group) Amalgamation Scheme 1922 dated 22nd December 1922.
