Minute Book records meetings of Provisional Committee from 15th April 1845 to 1847. At meeting held on 8th October 1846 it was resolved that, as London and North Western and Midland railway companies were inter alia prepared to take upon themselves expenses incurred by Warwickshire and London Railway, affairs of latter company be wound up.
