Folios 373-374: William Beauchamp Proctor, Hartford[?] Street. Reports his arrival in England having permission to that effect from Vice Admiral Sir Edward Pellew in consequence of his health. Enclosed copy of a Survey on His Health.
Folios 375-376: enclosure with folios 373-374. Captain John Ferrier - HMS Albion, Captain Thomas Gordon Caulfield - HMS Russel [HMS Russell] & Captain Archibald Cochrane - HMS Fox. Report on the health Captain William Beauchamp Proctor of HMS Dedaigneuse. Dated 12 November 1807. As ordered by Vice Admiral Sir Edward Pellew, HMS Dedaigneuse, Port Cornwallis. Results of a survey carried out by them with the assistance of their Surgeons.
