Folios 326-327: Philip Pipon, HMS Daphne, Yarmouth Roads. Reports his arrival at this anchorage of HMS Daphne with Mr Thornton His Majesty's Envoy at the Court of Stockholm and his suite also Lord Somerton and a Kings Messenger as ordered by Vice Admiral Sir James Saumarez. He encloses the Carpenters Defects and request an order for them to be made good. He also states that the Sails, some of the Standing and remaining Rigging are very much worn and unfit.
