Folio 309: enclosure with folios 307-308. John Child Purvis, HMS Zealous, off Cadiz. To The Carpenters named:- Anthony Millar - HMS Windsor Castle, William Walker - HMS Northumberland & James Diaper - HMS Sultan. Dated 30 March 1808. Orders to survey HMS Zealous.
Folio 310: enclosure with folios 307-308. Defects of HMS Zealous William Pierrepont Esq, Captain. Signed William Pierrepont and William Walker - Carpenter.
Folios 311-312: enclosure with folios 307-308. Vice Admiral the Right Honourable Cuthbert Lord Collingwood, HMS Ocean, off Cadiz. To William Pierrepont, HMS Zealous. Dated 24 July 1808. Orders to take the Middleton Transport now in company under your charge, and proceed with her to Gibraltar,
