Folios 276-277: Charles Pickford, HMS Glomen [HMS Glommen], Chatham. Covering letter for the enclosed from William Thomas James - Purser, HMS Glomen [HMS Glommen] requesting to be allowed to draw His Necessary Money for a nominal Complement of 121 Men in lieu of 100 may be granted to him as Folios 278-279: enclosure with folios 276-277. Letter dated 2 July 1808 by William Thomas James - Purser, HMS Glomen [HMS Glommen], Chatham, to Charles Pickford, HMS Glomen [HMS Glommen], Chatham. Requests to be allowed to draw His Necessary Money for a nominal Complement of 121 Men. The expenses of Fuel and Candles on HMS Glomen [HMS Glommen] are in every respect equal to a sloop bearing a complement of 121 Men. And as the Purser of HMS Delphinen, is allowed to draw Necessary Money for the said Complement of 121 Men, he requests he be extended to same indulgence.
