Folios 252-253: John Phillimore, 26 Upper Gower Street. States having been at great expense on the last Expedition to Stralsund - Copenhagen from the month of June 1807 to January 1808 by having on board His Majesty's Sloop [HMS Belette] he Commanded Public Officers and Ministers - but more particularly the following four of Lord Cathcart's Staff - Mr Taylor Minister & Plenipotentiary & Suit, Sir G Collier and Honourable Captain Cathcart from Copenhagen to England & lastly Lord Hutchinson & Suite. Requests the usual remuneration.
