Folio 248: Robert Pettet, HMS Briseis, Yarmouth Roads. Represents that John Roach Landsman of HMS Briseis has given himself up as a Deserter from His Majesty's 59th Regiment, then at Colchester and having entered on board HMS Namur at the Nore was then discharged into HMS Briseis. He request an order for him to be discharged from HMS Briseis into the 59th Regiment.
