Folios 236-237: Robert Pettet, HMS Briseis, Chatham. Covering letter for the enclosed Acting Warrant of Mr Peter Rogers, request this be confirmed.
Folios 238-239: enclosure with folios 236-237. Letter dated 14 August 1808 by Vice Admiral Thomas Wells, HMS Namur, Nore, to Mr Peter Rogers, HMS Cherokee. Order appointing Mr Peter Rogers, Acting Carpenter of HMS Cherokee to be Acting Carpenter of HMS Briseis.
Folio 239A: enclosure with folios 236-237. Certificate that Mr Peter Rogers served as Acting Carpenter of HMS Cherokee Signed Richard Arthur, Dated 15 August 1808.
