Folios 222-223: Jocelyn Percy, HMS Nymphe, off the Tagus. States Mr Morgan having been appointed from being First Lieutenant of HMS Comus to be First of HMS Nymphe at his request by Sir Charles Cotton, requests his Commission be confirmed.
Folios 224-225: enclosure with folios 222-223. Letter dated 9 August 1808 by William Morgan, (Approved Jocelyn Percy), HMS Nymphe, off the Tagus, to the Admiralty. Covering letter for the enclosed order from Vice Admiral Sir Charles Cotton Bart. HMS Hibernia, Letter appointing Lieutenant Jocelyn Percy to the Command of HMS Nymphe from HMS Comus.
Folios 226-227: enclosure with folios 222-223. Letter dated 18 May 1808 by Admiral Sir Charles Cotton Bart. HMS Hibernia, off the Tagus, to William Morgan, HMS Comus. Letter appointing Lieutenant Jocelyn Percy Commanding Officer of HMS Nymphe.
