Folios 218-219: Westby Percival [Westby Perceval?], [His Agent] James Sykes, Arundel Street. Covering letter for the enclosed order from Vice Admiral Lord Collingwood dated 14 September 1808 Promoting Lieutenant Westby Percival to the Command of HMS Paulina, and request this be confirmed.
Folios 220-221: enclosure with folios 218-219. Letter dated 14 September 1808 by Vice Admiral Cuthbert Lord Collingwood, [Lord Cuthbert Collingwood (1st Baron Collingwood, of Caldburne and Hethpool)], [HMS Ocean], to Lieutenant Westby Percival. Order appointing him Commander of HMS Paulina.
